Creative Designer
Design static paid-social ads that get the right people to click.
You own production of static paid-social creative for every assigned client: distinct concepts, hooks and layouts, not cosmetic tweaks. You work with the Meta marketer and the website developer so each ad matches the page it sends people to. Use Figma, Adobe, Canva, AI tools or any workflow you like. We care about the output, turnaround, iteration and commercial performance.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Produce static ad creative for every assigned clinic, from concept to final export.
- Develop genuinely different concepts, hooks, layouts and variations for structured testing.
- Work from the marketer’s briefs and performance feedback, and propose new angles.
- Keep ad and landing-page messaging consistent with the Meta marketer and website developer.
- Deliver organized source files and placement-ready exports, including 1080×1080 and 1080×1920.
- Check accuracy before delivery: offer prices, treatment names and clinic details.
What you need
- A portfolio that includes paid-social static ads, with your contribution clearly identified.
- The ability to produce genuinely different concepts, not only colour or copy swaps.
- Fast, reliable turnaround and well-organized files.
- An understanding of how creative affects both click-through and the quality of the people who click.
- Comfort with any effective toolset.
- Excellent written English for ad copy and day-to-day communication.
How success is measured
- Primary: outbound link click-through rate and outbound-link cost per click, compared under comparable testing conditions.
- Guardrails: appointment quality and downstream conversion. Cheap clicks that don’t book don’t count as a win.
- Production quality, accuracy and turnaround.
Media costs and conversions also depend on targeting, offers, landing pages and follow-up. We review creative results together with the marketer, not in isolation.
Is this role right for you?
A good fit if
- You think in concepts and hooks, and can explain why a design should convert.
- You can produce volume without losing quality.
- You welcome performance feedback and iterate quickly.
Not the right fit if
- Not a fit if your experience is mainly brand identity or long-form design projects.
- Not a fit if rapid iteration and data-led feedback frustrate you.
- We don’t publish misleading claims, fabricated results or assets we don’t have the rights to use.
What happens after you apply
- Application review
We look at your portfolio, the three ads you shared and your answers.
- Interview

- Paid test
